    🕘 Health and well-being starting November

    If English is not your first language then join this course and develop your English speaking and listening skills. You will learn new words and phrases so that you are more confident when talking to other people about where you live. You will be in a small and friendly class and will have lots of opportunities to practise speaking in and listening to English as well as doing some very simple reading and writing exercises.

    Do you want to know more about mental health? Maybe you are thinking of a new career, or you want to explore how gaining an improved awareness can help in your everyday life or work?

    On this FREE, two-hour course, you will have an introduction to mental health awareness, find out more about our adult learning centres and meet some of our team, before deciding whether you want to continue to learn more.
